The fascial system is a three-dimensional continuum of connective tissues present everywhere throughout the body, from the head to the toes and from the skin to the bone. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique type of manual therapy that utilizes stretching, compression, traction, and oscillation to increase/decrease the tension of fascial tissues where indicated. That is, when excessive, FST reduces tension, and when deficient, FST increases tension.

Improvements in sleep, digestion, mood, mental alertness, joint range of motion, and function have been attributed to FST.
